Super! Very effective supplement
It does everything it claims it does. I'm super amazed how this supplement worked on my body. I didn't have to wait that much time to get results, it only took a few days to see the difference. I have been taking them twice a day (total of 2 capsules per day - sometimes once) I definitely recommend Fenugreek.

Not the same
The formula has recently changed and it’s not the same. Before, they were a tan color and you could smell the maple syrup scent now the pills are darker and smell like plastic - also gave me a headache. I will not be buying these anymore!!! I want to return this item but the seller does not allow. Don’t waste your time get it somewhere else.
