At first, I thought it was a good product. But I discovered two issues two issues, one minor and the other is major: 1. The idea is cool and I loved using it with my omelettes and pancakes . But I noticed that when you flip, the gap between the two pans is not tight and sometimes food liquid will spill out as you flit. This is a minor thing and I continued using it. 2. The major issue was that after about 3 months of using it, the food started sticking to the pans (both sides) to the point that I had to throw it in the garbage because it was useless at this point.

This is perfect I can’t make pancakes in anything but this double sided frying pan along with perfect omelettes that don’t end up breaking apart like scrambled eggs. It’s a game changer for ppl who struggle with cooking.

Update: One hinge has snapped off while hand washing. Not impressed it didn’t even last a year. This was my favourite toy. I’d also noticed that the inside “sweats” the same colour as the pan. Was it simply painted?? I was just going to use both separately but I’m throwing it away- I have followed advice for cooking omelettes & place the gas flame on low. It takes longer to cook but after one month of every-day use, the non-stick coating still works a dream. I do use a tiny bit of olive oil on both sides only. One side has a closing “lip” which is best as the top cover as when the olive oil drips, it drips into the other pan below, not onto the flame/element. I place beaten egg in the pan when flame on med, add ingredients, close the lid & turn flame on low. I flip the pan over after about 5mins & no leaks. You can hear the “flop” of the mix as it drops. Don’t be impatient-wait til the cooking smells waft through the kitchen! So far, the finished product still flips out easily onto the plate. My ONLY teeny whinge is that egg mixture catches onto the metal bolts of the handle inside the pan...no biggie.

He probado el producto y estoy conforme con el, por ejemplo al freír huevo no ha sido necesario usar aceite, lo cual lo hace muy funcional para cuidar la salud al disminuir su uso El contra que veo es el diseño, ya que no abre totalmente el sarten para poder lavarlo (lo cual es incomodo para realizar su limpieza) y tampoco tiene un cerrado hermético a la hora de usarlo, por lo que se debe tener cuidado para no derramar la comida, no es un gran problema pero es importante tenerlo en consideración
