No criticism with the product at all, I just underestimated the size of the tablets (previously consumed smaller 750mg tablets and capsules). I'm not good with big tablets, however can get them down with something viscous like orange juice.

After listening to the Huberman Lab podcast, I purchased a bottle of the supplement. However, after taking one pill, I woke up extremely dizzy. I stopped taking it, and after half a day, I felt fine again. A week later, I tried again, but 8 hours later, I experienced vertigo-like dizziness. I immediately stopped taking it, and it's clear that the supplement is causing this reaction. Unfortunately, I can't return it.

I just started taking NOW Foods NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) supplements this week, so it's too early to report on personal results, but I'm optimistic based on what I've heard!
