Don’t bother
Pos. Won’t stick to the ground, was going to return and get my money back but it’s not worth the hassle of looking at a product that doesn’t work how it’s supposed to even with its sticky attachment. Just buy some weights and use that to hold you down.

Performed as promoted
The first device that I ordered had virtually no suction. This device, however, worked so well that I didn't need to apply the plastic film to my floor. I was able to perform alternating leg lifts to 90 degrees and 180 degrees, as well as using it as a stop for my feet while rowing using a resistance band. I couldn't be happier with the product; especially the price! This one is a WINNER!

Won't stick 4 Long
Good Product! U have to clean the suction pads often as soon as a litle dust gets in they won't stick to the Floor Very Strong BUT It will stick to the Floor only for 1 hour..Then U have to clean it again!

Great product if you don’t have carpet
I have had this thing for about a week. I really like this sit up assist. The suction could be better but it’s not bad if you make sure the cups are clean on the ankle assist. I have composite wood floors and it works pretty well. I wish one of the sides that sit on the floor were flat so that I could anchor it by a weight if I wanted to use it on carpet. Otherwise, it is a great tool. Adjustable for leg posture and pretty sturdy.

These work great. I’ve one at home, one in vacation place. Different hard flooring but they never come unstuck.

Doesn’t work as intended. Just a waste of money. 😭 gng just go to the gym 💔 trust I went after buying this and the gym is better than whatever this is attempting to be

I'm disappointed. By the pictures it looks like it's adequate size . It came in a tiny box with no shipping protection as almost all Amazon products do . The quality of the parts are not going to last probably with use. If I can even use it. It's so small my legs don't fit . It's okay for my daughter who's 14 but this is advertised for adults . They should have made this more robust and bigger for men to use
