Scholastic Make Clay Charms (Klutz)

Useless!! Not recommended at all

Love this book. I first bought this for my eldest many years and we loved creating adorable clay art. I bought this for my youngest and all the family got involved.

Well packed and very useful for 5-6 years old kids.

Purchased for my 11 year old Neice - she loved it. Together with her little sister they started moulding the charms and did a fantastic job. Really cute charms, easy to harden up in an oven.

Make Clay Charms Summary: This set has a nice range of different ideas to create things with. While it does involve some adult supervision, most kids can complete the first steps with molding the design ideas themselves. The array of colors are also appreciated and designing charms or different things for use is a fun thing for kids around 6-9 years old. My daughters enjoyed making these little crafts and it was an excellent and fun activity. Baking the items once they are molded doesn't take too long but this part can be fun for kids to watch from a distance when the items are cooking to harden. I have also used this similar type of clay from the art store using other activities and it definitely is a very unique and fun thing to do. This activiaty is best done with a group of kids and can be used even for a small group party for a birthday or a play date. Kids will definitely enjoy making this and be proud of their creation once it has been cooked and hardened. This is such a cute clay set. My kids 5 and 7 love making things with clay. This make and bake set is the best we have used so far. It isn’t sticky and the color doesn’t transfer to hands. The information booklet provided gives good directions for making the charms and they turn out very cute. It comes with plenty of clay and charm making tools but only one bracelet.
