Unable to open the cap properly.
The cap is stuck to the plastic ring, not able to open the bottle properly so water is getting spilled. This issue was never there previously.

Extremely Dangerous Bottle Caps – Caused Injury
The water bottles in this new packaging are the worst. The bottle caps cannot be fully removed due to a poorly designed seal. I do not understand the rationale behind altering a design that directly affects consumer safety. When attempting to unscrew the cap, the seal breaks unevenly and leaves sharp plastic edges, making the bottle hazardous to use. Both my baby and I sustained injuries while trying to drink from a Mai Dubai water bottle. This is extremely alarming for a product that is intended for daily consumption, especially by children. From a consumer safety and product liability perspective, this is unacceptable. Food-grade packaging must comply with basic safety standards, and packaging that causes physical injury raises serious concerns regarding negligent design and inadequate quality control. A drinking water bottle should never pose a risk of cuts or injury. Considering Mai Dubai charges premium prices, the quality and safety of its packaging should meet higher standards, not lower ones. Due to this unsafe design, I will be switching back to Al Ain water bottles, which are significantly safer and better manufactured. Mai Dubai must urgently address this manufacturing and design defect. If this issue is not corrected, it may warrant escalation to consumer protection authorities, as no customer should risk injury while using a basic necessity like drinking water. If negative ratings were possible, this product would deserve one(below zero).
