Protein powders seem like they can be a dime a dozen, but there is a difference! Most often you have to pay a little more if you want true quality. Xwerks is definitely that. It might seem pricey, but when it comes to your health, that little bit more is worth it. Now in my 50's, I noticed that retaining muscle wasn't as easy as in my 20's (of course!), but once I started using Lift and Grow, I'm getting results I used to get back in my 20's and 30's after working out. The protein drink tastes great which is a huge plus, but I notice that it also helps with hunger. You drink one of these bad boys and you will feel full (it's not meant to be a meal replacement, but it definitely can). Knowing that his is as natural as protein powders can get is huge as when you get older, you realize that you truly are what you eat and the body is not as forgiving as when you're in your 20's and 30's. This helps get your health back in line without making your dread drinking it.

I wanted to get the best value for my money, in my research this was the product I landed on, and it seemed like a great choice knowing that the product comes from grass fed cows with no hormones and no antibiotics was a huge selling point for me. I’ve been mixing it with cold water and it is absolutely delicious! I seriously can’t wait till the end of my workout to enjoy this! The taste reminds me of a chocolate malt, I can’t get over how good it is, and with water it’s not chunky or thick at all. I have tried it with milk and it taste even better, but the milk made it a little thicker, and I didn’t enjoy that as much. Mixing is very quick in a workout bottle, and I’ve never had any clumps or chunks, like with other proteins. Getting back into the gym after 12 years cause I was getting a little fat on my gut, I feel like I chose the best protein that I could, after watching what I eat, and drinking only water, after my workouts this protein really seems to do the job to ensure my muscles don’t ache nowhere near as bad as if I didn’t take this. Don’t second guess the price, you’re going to want the best for your body if you’re serious about getting into shape. This product comes highly recommended!

Best tasting chocolate protein powder ever! We add a scoop to the almond milk creamer in our coffee cup first and mix with a whisk. Then we add the coffee in, and it blends into a delicious “proffee” that tastes like a protein Cafe Mocha! I have also blended with yogurt, fruit, and cereal. It definitely helps to boost my morning energy levels. Highly recommend!

Amazing taste, great results highly recommend

This is easily the best tasting protien powder I have ever bought that had actually good macros. I have tried a ton. Seriously it's not even close, the chocolate is amazing and the peanut butter is fantastic. But here is my gripe. There is no indication on the packaging to what flavor you have. None. Its so odd. all the packaging is identical. You might say who cares? And honestly for the first two bags I got I didn't. But then I decided to try strawberry. I'm pretty sure they gave me vanilla instead but I've never tried strawberry, I have no idea what it's supposed to look like or taste like. I'm assuming that the strawberry will have vanilla notes to it because I feel like the peanut butter had chocolate notes to it. And what I have is white and vanilla forward. I feel like maybe my mind is tricking me into thinking I'm tasting some strawberry but if it is strawberry, it's almost impercievable. Anyways, I'm going to get strawberry again next to confirm that they screwed up but this is a completely unnessacary issue to have. I'm not kidding, there is zero info on what flavor you purchased anywhere. Checked my order status and they say they delivered strawberry. Anyways, this is the protien powder you want. Grass fed, organic, no sugar, tastes like an actual milkshake.

I recently purchased this protein powder and I must say, it is hands down the best protein powder I have ever tried! Decent protein powder. And good quality ingredients, with miminul additives. But, definitely not enough peanut butter flavor. I mixed this with 1 Tbsp of PB powder and it still didn't carry much peanut butter flavor. I was hoping to use this to mix with other protein powders and pre-made shakes to change up the flavor profiles and add protein. But, after this bag I will stick with my regular brands.

My favorite breakfast protein bars were discontinued so I bought this with baking my own in mind. Yesterday, I mixed one scoop of Peanut Butter XWerks Grow with a tablespoon of high fat cocoa powder, 30 drops of monk fruit, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, pinch of sea salt AND my secret ingredient 1/2 tsp guar gum for thickness. So good I cannot believe the clean nutrition/low carb/low cal treat I was drinking. I use a Blendtec (high speed) blender. It may not be a smooth in a regular one. NOTE: did not get a whole lot of peanut butter flavor from this powder but I will just add a tablespoonful of peanut butter if I want to amp it up. A big step up flavor wise (not chalky) from my old standby Garden of Life Sport. Pricier but worth it for my needs.

I have been looking for a new peanut butter flavored whey protein powder for smoothies and decided to give this a try. However, it tastes nothing like peanut butter. I almost think they put the wrong flavor in the pouch. It is basically chocolate. I would not buy for this flavor again.
