They are really good for the price, I've been using them for my home workouts and I find them really great. Due their diferent levels of strength I can use them for different parts of my body. Amazing quality for an incredible price! When I purchased this Item i thought it would come off cheap quality but i was amazed by how solid it is plus they come in different strengths! You save x1000 more buying here than in sports shops

These resistance bands are great, non-slip and the three different sizes work well. Please note these bands are not for beginners but if you have used regular silicon resistance bands before, these are perfect to take your workouts to the next level. Very good quality for the price, my only issue is that the smallest band had a few marks on when I removed it from the packaging.

Just a regular ones to use very hard material but get useable able after sometimes.

I took these after thorough checking, the material is authentic although it is at a fraction of what you pay for the branded expensive alternatives, that said, the band doesn't lose shape and maintains its resistance, and is as hard to extend as expected. I was so delighted by it that I bought several others as gifts, becuase it is authentic and cheap at the same time!

For the price these are AMAZING!👌🏻 Love the quality and the price of course is great. Been getting great use out of these with my PT for warmups and workouts. ☺️ I’ve seen some reviews saying they’re too tight but that’s to be expected seeing as they go light, medium and heavy, you need to build yourself up from light to heavy (PT instructions). Look forward to using these and recommending to friends.

I really enjoy these bands for home workouts. They come in 3 different resistance levels and they're great for leg workouts and add that extra level of difficulty. I can't wait to travel and use them on the road too.
