L-Phenylalanine 500mg; 180 Capsules

I noticed this amino acid was in several focus and energy supplements so I decided to try it straight and wow, it works great! I take it only on days when I need extra energy or am operating on limited sleep and it provides a nice boost for 4 to 5 hours. I empty out about a third of the capsule since a full one can give me a little head tension and it is perfect. My system tends to be more sensitive to stimulants so I don't know if others get the same pronounced effect, but given the low cost and minimal side effects I recommend trying it out.

These are great if you need a supplemen tohel maintain focus and drive. So many less headaches and feeling bad than drinking diet soda which essentially contains this as well to make you more addicted. I strongly suggest a book on amazon by Nootropics Expert David Tomen or his free blog.

I took these a couple of years ago while going through an extremely stressful & depressive time in my life. They helped tremendously, but I also took PEA to help with my fibromyalgia pain & the two combined worked wonders for my mood & energy levels, as well as the nerve pain associated with fibromyalgia. I ordered it again recently & just got the PEA to go along with it. I’ll be starting both again today. Hopefully I get the same results this time around. I can definitely tell a difference when not taking them.

Bought these to try and help me like they advertise. But, they haven't worked for me. Wish I could get money back on this stuff! I'm so disappointed 😞!!!

A nice pick-me-up especially when combine with phenylethylamine. One does the quick release and the other makes it last longer.

Better focus at a great value without needing prescriptions.

I bought these pills because I thought they would do me good, because they all had good revius, it turns out that I took a pill, just one capsule, and after about an hour I began to feel a little uncomfortable as if I wanted to pee and then I said Today nore and then I took one more I said, well, two a day is fine. It's perfect Ah well, with that second one that I took I began to urinate thoroughbred thoroughbred and I got a urine infection, it brought enough pain that I actually had to throw those pills away.
