Original delonghi machine. Everything is working perfectly. Dispense how water from the hot water spout provided. Make sure to purge the milk container snout everytime after use to make sure it's clean and doesn't have any residual milk in it. The top gets a little bit warm after some use. The box comes with a filter/water softener, descaler, water hardness strip, two pressurised baskets ( single and double), an ESE pod basket & a plastic spoon/tamper.
