The quality is very good and the heating is very fast

Different quality being sent at different time
Multiple kind of products are being sent. I bought two of these with an interval of 2 3 months, the first one was good and is still working fine. The second one only worked once and even then it was pulling up my hair and was not working like it should. I gifted the first one and bought again for myself but now I am stuck with it as I am way past the return period :(
