Very great purchase
Great coffee machine, arrived quickly. I received 7 capsules of coffee and with the serial number + invoice, it was possible to request the voucher of 100 aed. I recommend it!

Overall, we're satisfied.
The device arrived quickly and on time. Despite its high quality, and not being cheap, it does have some flaws. 1. Unfortunately, you can't place cups on the lower bowl. You have to remove it. Then it drips onto the table. 2. The water tank isn't very secure and wobbles a bit. It would be good if the container also had a small attachment at the top. 3. The waste container is small. You have to empty it more often, but that's not a big deal.

Does not work
I bought this machine and tried to use it and I read the instructions, but it doesn’t work. It doesn’t pump the water and doesn’t pierce the capsules. Watch some videos on it how to use it and still doesn’t work I don’t know what the issue maybe from the machine or maybe they delivered a damaged one
