I have patellar femoral pain syndrome and a slight tear in my meniscus and I work 9 hours shifts at a fast food place. It was treacherous work for me before. My knee was catching and I was in so much pain. My knee felt unstable but no with thr brace there is a lot more stability. The brace is fair price! Great quality. I sweat and work and move around and it doesnt slip or move. It can go in the wash and still works. I have pretty small leg, and the brace still fits. It is comfortable and small enough to wear under most of my clothes. I am glad I invested in the brace (although not expensive) because it has been quite helpful in my journey of recovery.

My knee has been bothering me for a long time. I was going to check out some physical therapy and then this CV19 thing hit. 61 year old male, I walk 2-4 miles a day, had a annoying usually dull pain, lower patella, front knee area. Stairs are annoying. I ordered one thinking it could help. My theory is that I have patella tendonitis and this would help provide relief and support. It has helped, been using it for about two weeks. The dull pain is quite a bit better. Not sure if this is relieving enough pain to lead to a permanent fix or it just helps while it's on. There might be a slow trend to it being a fix, but really too early to tell. I think it's quite comfortable, It says where you put it. I've been wearing it pretty much all the time, off at night. It's easy to adjust. I basically cinch it tight. It has lots of adjustment. Thinking I'll order one or two more so I can rotate usage, it's starting to get warm in Texas and sweat happens. Thinking the silicon insert does provide good support, you can feel it when you feel the strap, not really when it's on. I'd call it medium density silicon, not hard not soft, just right. Basically it provides a fairly subtle shaping to the pressure provided, helping the strap to position and hug the right place on the bottom of your knee. If you need a a knee strap this seems to be a very good one. I read lots of reviews, this is my first knee strap. Hope it helps you like it's helped me. An addition,.. I did order two more. I like this, it really has eased my quite persistent knee ache. I ordered two more so I can keep one on more often. If it got sweaty, I left it off so it would dry out. It has helped with the persistent pain, after a few more weeks it's still not clear that this a full fix, but it is trending well. It's not a overnight fix, but if it's a few months I'll take it.

After wearing it at first I thought I would have to return it. I kept it and was glad I did as it did and does give me support with my knee pain which is on the left side of my knee. I wore it for a week when walking and I no longer have to use it.

I was skeptical that this was a medical gimmick, but when I put it on and started walking, the pain was little to non-existent!!

I've been using these regularly for almost a year now. Although they are effective with reducing knee pain and offering stability, the velco strap rubs the back of the knee and is very uncomfortable. I've been wearing the straps on both legs during all exercise routines to ensure there is always some knee support, but have gotten to the point where I will take them off now during exercises that are more upper body focused. I will keep them around as the primary purpose is knee support and stability and they do succeed in that, but I will be looking for a replacement as well.

I had been having knee issues with pain and instability for years. After several falls and limited mobility, an MRI revealed that I had a torn ACL, medial and lateral meniscus and arthritis. The pain had gotten so bad I could barely walk. I tried multiple braces including my custom ACL brace from a previous surgery and compression type braces, but nothing seemed to help. I had surgery planned for a few weeks away and needed to be able to work until, so I kept searching for other things I could try to get me by. I saw several reviews on this little strap and how well it worked for so many people. The price was low and I figured I had nothing to lose, so I ordered one right away. It was easy to put on and adjusts with velcro on both sides. I tightened it under my knee cap and took a few test steps. I was amazed at how much stability it gave me and pain relief. With all my issues, I still had some pain of course but I was able to walk better than I had in months! This was a huge relief! I couldn't believe something so small and seemingly simple could help so much. It almost seemed to keep my tibia from slipping and while wearing it, my knee didn't pop out of place fully like it had been. We had a beach trip planned and I was debating canceling it since I could hardly and was scared my knee would go out. I was able to go though and wear this strap and do some minor walking. I even wore it in the ocean and was able to enjoy that! I had fully expected to be stuck at our vacation rental, but this little strap helped me to do more than I thought possible. I wore it all the way up until my surgery. I have pain and arthritis in my other knee as well so I plan on using it for that knee too so I plan on using it when that one acts up as well. ich habe keine Ahnung warum und wie aber bei hat es geholfen. Mein Knie ist durch mehrere Kreuzbandrisse geschädigt und hat immer wieder Probleme gemacht. Beim Sport hatte ich dann diese Bandage an und es wurde besser. Mittlerweile habe ich sie fast nicht mehr an. es zwickt zwar manchmal immer noch ist aber besser. wie gesagt, ich weiß nicht wie aber Hauptsache es hat geholfen

Hace un par de meses estaba batallando con mi rodilla, específicamente con mi rótula, el traumatólogo me indicó que tenía que utilizar una rodillera para protegerla si quería seguir haciendo ejercicio, encontré esta y me ha resultado mucho muy buena, seguí haciendo ejercicio y disminuyeron mucho las molestias, es cómodo y se ajusta muy bien sin resbalarse.

Nach einer Meniskus OP ist mein Knie nicht mehr richtig stabil und ich verdrehte häufig. Tagelange Schmerzen waren jedesmal die Folge. Die Stützen funktionieren hervorragend, sind angenehm zu tragen und die Schmerzen sind seitdem weg!
