Nice pots, good even "stone" glaze, plenty big enough for 2 or 3 small cacti or succulents or 1 medium clump forming cacti or succulent. And an ideal size to sit on a windowsill or shelf in the greenhouse. I don't think these are frostproof, so probably not a good idea to leave them outside in cold weather. I have several of these now, used for my Stapelia/Orbea/Huernia collection, as most are small & clump forming. You might find a little square piece of silicon gauze in the packaging box, don't throw it away, you use it to cover the big hole in the bottom of the pot. I have used a couple of small dabs of clear silicon sealant to stick it in place,

Decent pot for the price, right size, pretty good quality and looks great with my succulents in it. It has a gloss varnish so is quite shiny for a faux rock but still looks good

Lovely pot but the drainage hole is very small

Overall this item is great, it was actually larger than expected, thinking I may need another smaller pot to fit all 6 cacti, but I was pleasantly surprised planting these to find I still have room. The pot has a small drainage hole at the bottom with a small rectangle piece of gauze which is perfect to avoid the loss of soil. The ceramic pot is however quite thin, so is in turn pretty fragile. Would suggest a little less packaging... but can't complain too much as my item arrived intact!! Very happy with this item, cacti is growing perfectly and budding, so a very happy customer!!

I purchased these to have a unique look for my succulent "garden" and they did not disappoint. I was hoping to fit more succulents in them but I am happy with the overall product. As others have stated, it has a high gloss finish to protect the texture and colour so if you are looking for an eggshell finish these may not be for you. They also do not come with plugs for the drainage hole so if you do not want to use a surface protector you will need to seal it. I just put a piece of tape on the bottom, filled the hole with regular latex caulking and then used marine grade silicone caulking on the inside to seal a piece of pond liner that we had over the hole.
