Fantastic Christmas stocking filler.
Got this 3d Pen as a birthday gift for my niece. She absolutely loves it and has spent hours playing with it. Sidelining her other and often more expensive presents, for this one.Her first creations were not great but once she got used to it, I must say I was very impressed with what she created. I uploaded a drawing she did of me and one with her mum.The pens comes with 3 filaments. I highly recommend you purchase their filament refill pack( 22 different colours) We tried some of the cheaper brands but they were not as good as the Polaroid filament.Finally, you get most of what you need in the pack, including a USB C cable but will need an adapter. It didn't work when I tried using it from the USB output on my PC. The instructions state you need a 5V 2A adapter. Most phone/USB adapters will work but check the adapter if you have problems.Once I figured this out we had no issue... Highly recommend!!

Faulty, would not recommend
Bought 2 of these for children at Christmas.One didn't even work and returned, only the second time this one was used it's broken as per picture.Past return window so waste of money especially with books and refills purchased to go along with it which are now useless.Bad quality, do not waste your moneyWould give 0 stars if that was an option.

Breaks about every 4 weeks….
I got one of these pens for my son at Christmas….he used it for about an hour and then it no longer turned on. Polaroid sent me another which was great but took several days. That one lasted about a month before the end fell off. Back it went to Polaroid. On the 7 months I think it’s been repaired twice and replaced once. I foolishly bought a second one as I had bought a load of filaments and the story is the same…I had that one repaired also. Finally Polaroid told me to return it to Amazon! I would try another brand as these are crap…

Pen never worked
bought a 3D pen for my daughter as her previous model didn't work from new.This one didn't work either.Contacted Polaroid who asked me to send photographic evidence.After this they stated that I should return it to the seller.Lo and behold the seller says it is too late to return the item.So that is 2 items at £28 each that don't appear to have a guarantee.Good job I don't treat my customers that way.Apart from the pens being useless the company seems a bit lame too.
