I use this in almost every meat poultry and fish dish. The combination of spices are well balanced

This seasoning seems a bit of a pariah among some people. The "mint" is barely noticeable, perhaps just a quick, fleeting sensation that's primarily noticed in a cool sensation on the lips, characteristic of mint. The other herbs in the mix both (mostly) disguise any mint yet compliment it very nicely at the same time. If you're worried about it, mix it with a little standard Italian Seasoning to dilute it to see how much you like it. To my palate, there's little mint or "piney" taste at all, and it adds a great compliment to noodles, sauces, and pizza!

This small bottle is honestly magic on roasted veggies, I bought two bottles so that I won’t run out for a while.

So yummy mixed with high quality olive oil, minced garlic, a dash of lemon juice with a pinch of lemon zest. Don’t forget kosher salt and ground pepper and will make perfect lamb chops.

I bought two herbal blends around the same time when I bought this. The other one is still half full on my shelf. I use it from time to time. But this one I put in everything: eggs, vegetables, soup. It's great in everything.

Not only are they too big, but what is in it doesn’t seem to be in the best ratio for proper flavor.
