I've been wanting tools to shred the carrots. I'm using shredded carrots a lot in my cooking. I actually purchased a few items and they even pricey, untilI saw this tool on TikTok and wanted to give a try, surprise, surprise is working really good. The tools so light weight, easy to use, and the best is I love the result. Now I believe this will be my favorite to in my kitchen. 😁

Finally found this to make a European carrot salad. Works great but sometimes it gets clogged and requires you to stop and clean out the stock vegetables. No issues so far.

Arrived without safety holder

I use this to slice carrots to cukes.. and it's easy to use and to store, even with its many variety of blades. Easy to clean, and makes slicing for a salad much speedier. PLUS, the slices are uniform in size.

Poor material is not strong enough

Use at the restaurant. Easy to use that all the kitchen staff love it.

Excellent addition to your kitchen if you can afford it.

The slicer is very sharp and cut really good. The only thing I don't like about it, since it's white it gets really stained from carrots. It's what I but it for and preferred it over the orange one but now I have stains on it. Other then that it's an awesome slicer. Something I have been looking for for years.

Pretty good.....but no safety guard or holder provided... Have to buy it seperately.... (2 stars missing...for the missing safety guard :)
