The best book on understanding Maxwell's equations ...
I just wanted to understand Maxwell's equations intuitively -- it is my goal. My vector calculus knowledge is a bit rustic. I have some formal education on this subject a long time back. Value for money and experience

Expensive
The book is great but it is overpriced even for a south asian edition. It is a very thin booklet so it should not be selling for more than INR 150/- in my opinion. Also more students would buy it if it was cheaper.
