Great griddle, thick and flat. Definitely worth buying as a pan too. It fits the largest size range on the electric stovetop so I use it for high heat cooking indoors when I'm not using it for grilling. Its heft and thickness means it doesn't warp like other pans do when putting on serious heat on the stovetop. I've had the whole surface smoking with oil several times in the past few years and it hasn't even warped once. It works great for searing meat and cooking fried eggs because of this. It's definitely got more cleaning effort than a pan, but not beyond what is expected of cast iron.

I bought it specifically to make Thai-style mussel pancake "Hoi Tod" and not disappointed. The size is perfect for my gas stove top. I can even use it with the outdoor burner. The seasoned surface is non stick and easy to maintain. Because this is cast iron which retains heat really well, my pancake is so easy to cook to make it crispy.

This is a solid heavy griddle which fit my grill perfectly. It heats up evenly. Made great smash burgers.

This is the best cast iron griddle I have owned. Nice size and even heat distribution. While the surface is not smooth like a milled cast iron skillet, it is as smooth as a good cast iron goes :).

This was smaller than anticipated and my husband has not used it. Oh well.

Nice and heavy. Fit my Weber 22". It also is a nice gridle for my gas range. I did use scotch brite to clean the pan and re-season the pan after I opened it. The styrofoam used in shipping left a residual white layer on the pan.

Sturdy grill pan, used it for making pizzas in Barbecue- as good as the Webber griddle I already have but half the price

This looks like a good replacement for the Weber searing pan. I have used various cast iron pans to sear steaks on my kettles for a year now. The problem is the pan handle always gets in the way when closing the kettle lid. This pan is sturdy, has a good smooth finish for searing and fits well in my kettles. The value of the pan is quite high for the cost. It is comparable to a $200.00 Le Crusette pan in quality.

I bought this after I had burnt something on the barbecue and got into trouble. This is a decent quality article and from the time I have used it it has cooked evenly and well.
