I'm 58 and never played a note in my life. This book makes it interesting and has decent explanations. Admittedly it is geared more towards the younger generation but I can life with that. Have bought book 2 also though haven't got that far ywt

My daughter's school recommend this book, it has given her a good understanding of music notes and the basics of piano playing. My daughter is 7 and it's easy for her to follow.
