Grandson loves fishing

My husband loves this game. He said the sounds are realistic. He loves driving the boat to a new location. He said it feels realistic. Its a simple game, but relaxing.

Good game ,realistic fishing game

Son and husband love to play this game. So much fun and a good fun challenge! Graphics are good for a video game!

Ever since various video games, like "Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess", introduced fishing in-game mini-games, I found them fun and often wished there were games devoted to fishing. I finally decided to take the plunge and try some of the ones which have appeared on the scene in the past decade or so. "Fishing Sim World" was my first try. The graphics are really nice, but that's about the best I can say for the game. While I love the attempt to incorporate many of the aspects of real-world fishing into the game, I found the controls to be overly complex and too difficult to manage properly even after trying a few changes in button assignments. I also found the music to be too loud. I don't associate hard rock with fishing and it reminded me more of a NASCAR ralley. What I had actually been looking for was something akin to the fishing mini-game in "Final Fantasy XV" which I love to play. I would love to see a fishing game like that where the emphasis was on how many species you can find. You should also have the option of keeping fish for eating or selling to a market as a way to make money for newer gear. Again, I found this game to be beautifully designed, but too complex and loud for my taste.

My son can't stop playing this game. He loves to fish and when the weather doesn't allow for that to happen this is his go to.

Amazing game if you like fishing! Got this for my husband for Xmas and he can’t stop playing! The controls were not hard to figure out. Would definitely recommend!!!
