Molino Grassi USDA Organic Italian "00" Soft Wheat Flour - 2.2 lb (2 Pack) (1 Pack)

I saw this recommended on a non-toxic page I was following. It is pricey but so worth it when you actually consume things made from this flour. No GI upset. I also use it to make cookies and it turns out great, no bloating or indigestion sensation.

Best flour. I use this with many of my gluten free folks and they have no reactions other than they love it.

Fabulous!!!! Highly recommend even though it's expensive.

Finally none usa wheat available to buy on amazon. Get ready to love this product and feel good after eating wheat. Zero bloating or any weird feeling and this amazing taste and smell of old fashioned bread. It wasn't me unable to bake before, it was a wrong ingredients, not until now, thanks to Italian flour.

Very crunchy crust and bread with a nice taste. For the price I will not order again but it is a quality flour. I did feel it had too much gluten compared to some of the other authentic 00 pizza flours. So the price and the high gluten "feel" knocked down a star. Make no mistake though, this is the real McCoy.

No issues with flour. I have issue with the packing/packaging and how and what is packaged together, why on earth would you package four pounds of flour with two packages of cookies in a soft plastic bag with nothing to protect the cookies from getting smashed to pieces 😑.... Flour quality is great...packing of the entire order leaves little to be desired.

It bothers me that healthier products cost way more. The flour was as expected but cannot afford it.
