This belt works extremely well to control and alleviate my back pain. It works so well that I had to order 2 more, one for my husband, and one for my daughter. It is very adjustable and fits all of us well. Three different people all wear the same size. I ordered a different brand of brace that I thought would be better but it was too bulky, hot, and uncomfortable. We all agree that this one works wonders.

I had a posture belt that I liked that worked well for me. I actually sleep in it at night. My problem was it would have pilling on it from my covers which I really disliked. I had to keep cleaning it off each day. So, when I saw this one said it had no pilling I definitely wanted to try it. Not only does it help support my back and make me feel better but NO piling whatsoever. I plan to order another one. Thanks!

the product works well once you have the hang of doubled waist/ lower back straps. I guess I perhaps sound none too bright, but it was confusing for me! does work Really well once on, mind you.

This little belt has helped me more than i expected! I can’t explain the science but it works for me. I work in it & sometimes sleep w/it depending on the day I had. Keeps me stable & mindful. I’ve forgotten it was on, so it is comfortable. This is my second one.

I purchased this in order to help me with my lower back weakness/pain, especially while sitting in the car, etc. for long periods of time. It did work to my satisfaction when hubby and I traveled by car out of state to attend grandchildren's high school graduation. Took us two days driving, app. 8 hours each day. In the past, when getting out of the car and walking to the restaurant, etc. was difficult for me to straighten out and had pain in lower back and legs. The brace did the trick for me in this regard. However, after the graduation, family friends threw a wonderful party for our grandchildren with their friends and parents. I sat on a luxurious leather couch which was made for very tall people. As I am only 5' 4", my feet didn't even touch the floor. I had to shimmy my weight, etc. in order to sit comfortably. Well, when arriving back at the hotel, OMG. The brace had shifted almost to my waist, in fact it was rubbing on my bare skin. When I removed it - the pain was a shock to me. I also developed a few 'pimples' where it rubbed and felt black and blue sensation constantly. I have spent the last two weeks not even able to sleep at night! Visited the doctor yesterday and she confirmed my research. Pain in my scoliosis side was scary at best. Gradually, the itchy pain and the sharp pains in my abdomen have gone completely.

I bought this belt to help with a pulled muscle in my lower abdomen. It allowed me to tighten just the one side and not the other one too much but it also helped my low back feel better and my hips. It’s easy to put on and adjust you don’t see it under your clothes. It’s not like a traditional belly band that wraps all the way around your whole abdomen is uncomfortable and rolls and gouges you this is actually uncomfortable to wear.

This was so helpful for my SI joint pain and was comfortable.
