Pink Pussy Hardcover – September 15, 2010

I have the first book,  Pink Pussy (English, French and German Edition) (English, French and German Edition) , and thouroughly enjoy it. My wife and I look at it together regularly. When I saw that there was a second book I had to have it. When it came I could tell instantly it was of the same high quality as the first. The book is a beautiful hard bound book that is neither too small nor too big. When I opened it up I was greeted with the same quality of photography as the first. It has the same basic layout as the first, with each model getting at least two pages. One for a close up of the books name sake and another of the model in a variety of poses, depending on the model. Quinn Dolan seems to have given the girls a bit more freedom this time around with regard to their portraits and poses. There are few girls who get a few more pages to express themselves. Quinn's eye for the shot seems impeccable and every picture in the book is wonderful. Quinn has brought back a few the girls from the first book, but has also added a bit more diversity to this one. Each model is beautiful and you feel like you get a sense of their attitude from the looks on their faces. All and all this is another wonderful book of erotic photography from Quinn Dolan.Just a side note on the other review of this book. The only books that are out by Quinn Dolan in his list of books are  Pink Pussy (English, French and German Edition) (English, French and German Edition)  and  Pink Pussy 2 (Erotic Nude Photography) (English, French and German Edition) . The rest of the books in the list are put out by the same publishing company but are not from the same photographer.

I bought the original Pink Pussy some time ago, and I was impressed with the quality of it. The photos were good, and most of the models were very attractive. This book is of the same quality and content, but I didn't find this group of models as attractive as the original set. That said, there are several of the models that are very attractive, and the photos, from the explicit to the most basic, are well done.

I just bought Pink Pussy 2 and Pink Pussy 1 together, both signed by Dolan, and I'm very happy to have them. As I said in another review, I happen to know who the actual photographer is (Quinn Dolan is a pseudonym for a well known art nude photographer) and I have collected every book he's done, under both names. In any case you won't be disappointed as the pictures are all excellent and the models are all beautiful.The photos are bright, clear and of course very nude. Most of the layouts have a pretty head shot followed by a very explicit "body" shot of the same model, as the name of the book would indicate. They're all very well done and very erotic - obviously if you're prudish you shouldn't be buying this kind of book in the first place.Some of these models are well-known European glamour models you may have seen on high end web sites, so for me it's a treat to have a hard copy of their images like this. This book is not for everyone, of course, but if you're artistically and erotically inclined, you should enjoy it. Also there's a written piece by the photographer, translated into English, French and German. I was able to find two signed copies, so search if you're interested in that too.

Compared with other titles in this genre you can't help but be a little disappointed by the small format you get for the asking price, a coffee table book this is not. The title suggests a type but this book is full of all sorts of often quirky sometimes beautiful ladies and the part normally hidden. No consistent style and a very limited idea of what to do with it means poor shots and not much to inspire. More porn than art and not very exciting. I have seen many $2 magazine titles with better layouts and more reality, this is pussy without feeling. I wonder at the other reviewers glowing remarks about the content of pink pussy 2. Don't pay more than $20 to look in here.

First I got Pink Pussy 1 (original green cover) and now I've just bought this second edition (the sequel?) Definitely happy with both books!As I said in my first review, I bought these books, as a photographer, to carry with me as reference, inspiration and for posing tips for models. I shoot in the same genre and the variety of images, lighting, models and environments in both books are very useful.If you have the first book, this one will be exactly what you'd expect in a sequel. More great shots, beautiful models, full explicit poses - and great print quality.If you don't have the first book, either one (or both) will be fun to have. I would not say one is superior to the other although I do like the cover of the first one better. Just to reiterate, these are not instruction books - I don't carry them around for details about cameras and lights, but just for reference regarding the interesting poses and positions and sets.

After purchasing the first book of this set, Pink Pussy 1, I decided to get the second volume, and a signed first edition as well.I collect photography nudes and erotica so these two books fit right into that theme. As with the first volume, the printing is top notch and the photography excellent. The subjects of the photos are of course also excellent.If the purpose of these reviews is to let shoppers know whether or not the book is actually the way it is described, then you can be sure that this is exactly what it looks like: a very nicely done collection of color nudes, with about 50% very explicit shots, all beautiful women. This is one I can't leave out for general audiences to look at over dinner, so I keep it on a shelf in a special case reserved for my more erotic items.

Great book some of picture are not as distinct a little to distant, but over all I would buy it again,

Habe mir ganz spontan dieses Buch gekauft. Nicht viel erwartet für diesen relativ wenigen Preis und dafür aber ordentlich überrascht im positiven Sinne. Das Buch hat eine Vielzahl an toller Seiten, bestückt mit zahlreichen Models. Eine schöner als die andere. Natürlich handelt es sich hierbei um Aktfotografie. Ich bin hellauf begeistert von den Models und der Qualität der Fotos und Darstellungen.
