We have used this product for 4 days & the product is not pure, have mud particles. So we want to collect the product from our address & refund the money as soon as possible. Iam sorry to write that your reply of return window had been closed on 28th November because when we have opened this product for use on 6th December, so only after this date we are in the position to give the feedback. I always purchased this product from authentic site. But this time I go with amazon. When I open the box I found containers seal was broken. I am not sure if i got the original requested item. Please don't do any type of mixing with medicine. Somebody buy it to git rid of some Pain. I will update my comments after consuming it, but taste is bit different from that I used before. Thanks
