Pretty good value!
I ordered 5 of the white tea sets to gift as favors at a tea party. All the pieces arrived within the specified timeframe. The packaging seemed pretty good although inconsistent from delivery to delivery (all 5 were split into 3 different deliveries within 2 days). When they arrived I inspected every single tea cup and saucer, I can’t say I can compare the worksmanship to my grandmas fine china, there are small / minor defects on the bottom edges and the gold trim on the tea cup handle (not cracks); most people wouldn’t notice those tiny imperfections; additionally they are not truly white, they are more of a cream color (see comparison to other tea cup in picture). The box they come in looks great for gifting. Overall a pretty good value, I searched around a lot for pretty tea cups that were not super expensive, the unit price of these ones for how cute they are made sense for me to buy them.

Great customer service
I bought a set of these gold-rimmed, heart teacups for my folks' anniversary. They're beautiful and delicate.They arrived in just a few days - which was fortunate because three of the teacups handles were broken. This sounds bad, but customer service promptly sent another set which, once again, arrived quickly - this time with no breakage.The big, round hatbox in which the tea set is packaged wasn't classy (or sturdy), so I repackaged the cups and saucers in order to present them to my folks.

Too cute!
These cups are just adorable, they will go with almost any other China . I bought these for tea party I'll be hosting this summer and I wanted to serve a cold tomato and pepper soup as a starter in them they are going to be perfect. The hat box they came in we make a perfect storage when not in use. So taken with them I ordered another set.

Charming!
Total hit at my tea party this weekend. As soon as I poured the tea into the cups everyone squealed with delight at their heart-shaped drink! The packaging was very nice and useful for easy storage until the next party. I normally don’t write reviews but I just had to for these teacups!

Perfect for tea party
These cups and saucers were perfect for the bridal shower tea party I hosted. So many compliments were received and everyone asked where they were purchased. The reusable storage box makes this set even better.
