Since buying this my husband wants to use it on all our doors 😂 it’s nice to have 3 different methods of opening and you can’t see the ugly screws like most door handles and knobs

Less than a year and the finish is fading, the handle mechanism is always coming apart and it sticks in the opened position, and will not return to close. We have to keep the dead bolt locked to keep the door shut now. Horrible.

I purchased this set from Lowes for our outside back door, thinking hands free hip opening with the push of a hip would be useful during BBQs. It has a lot of moving parts and mechanisms inside to facilitate these multiple opening methods. Within 3 weeks the internal cylinder became detached, and the handle failed. Brinks customer service was easy to work with and sent a replacement. This replacement handle lasted 1 year. Yesterday we went to let the dog out, and the lever "gave way" (hung straight down). I dismantled it and found a metal plate inside had cracked and fallen apart. I do not want a 3rd replacement when they are obviously not built to last. I think the concept was cool....but the product faulty and prone to breakage in many places within the mechanism. Lowes has even stopped carrying it.

Had this for about a year and really like how it can open any way. And I like the plain look of it as well.
