FAR SUPERIOR
These octopus couplers are far superior to the old individual ones

Doesn't Meet Spec.
I couldn't get the board to work. It wouldn't even sink the 50ma that is advertised. I ended up replacing the Opto Isolators with an NPN transistor (with a series resistor to base) to be able to use the board. Therefore, I have no Optical Isolation. Disappointed.

Realmente todavía no lo use , llego super bien , el vendedor cumplió muy bien

Much more compact that 8 individual Iso-optocouplers
Device is as expected. A must for my Beagle Bone system. I fried my first BBONE because I failed to Isolate the IO.

Nice optocoupler
This board seems well made and if of acceptable quality. It works exactly as intended with up to 24V input/output. Well done!

Does not work.
Hooked it up according to the very limited wiring diagram and it does not power on any of the connected output devices. It lights up the LEDs with no load, but connecting to the ground and an output pin with just a simple relay did not do anything and does not power the relay. It's almost like it has no amperage at all, even for a 50mA relay. Could not find any other documentation on any other ways to wire it but the same results happen wiring it PNP inputs or NPN inputs. Would not waste your time.

Good board but know it's limits.
Device is well made and works as advertised. There are some things to consider however. 1.) the output end of the board is NPN only and it's for small current loads. 200mw rated. It can latch a relay coil probably but it's not a motor driver. For that you need a board with power fets. 2.) although the input is capable of NPN or PNP activation it's only one or the other for all 8 channels. You cannot use NPN trigger on one channel and PNP. on another. For me this is somewhat a issue. But for others it might not be.
