BRIKSMAX Led Lighting Kit for Grand Piano - Compatible with Lego 21323 Building Blocks Model- Not Include The Lego Set

Electrical wiring isn’t easy for starters! Requires much more patience and precision compared to building the Lego piano. Luckily, I had time today. All in all, looks magnificent! I’m happy.

This is a light kit for the Lego grand piano. The descriptions look good. I won’t be taking out of the box until I build the piano. Arrived promptly and the packaging was in good condition.

This product was a huge disappointment. It required taking so much of the piano apart that it collapsed and had to be rebuilt. The directions have terrible pictures (black wires on black Legos, for example) that are very unclear. Because of this, the wires got severed because I thought I was putting them in the correct places. What they don't tell you is that the pieces do not fit correctly once the wires are snaked under/around them. The piano becomes much more fragile with this lighting kit installed. If you turn the piano upside down, for example, many pieces would fall off. I ended up throwing all of this out and stripping it back to the original piano . I wish I never tried this kit.

Do not get this! I was so excited about completing my Lego piano and thought lights would be amazing. I immediately regretted this after realizing I was going to have to take apart a significant amount of the finished piano and parts completely fell apart in the process. Also it comes with just the right number of pieces so there NO room for error (Lego usually comes with extra!) I got through approximately 90 steps (out of 180!) before losing my mind and giving up out of frustration and now I'm stuck with a Lego piano with wires everywhere with no working lights. I wish I could get my money back but I'm not going to try to take it apart again and have it fall apart once again just to get the wires back to return. Waste of money! EDIT: I was able to complete this (with a LOT of help), and the finished product made me change my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. The wires unfortunately keep the Legos from attaching securely, and so it's much more fragile than it was prior to the installation of the lights. Also, I would advise watching the YouTube video to assist with installing as the instruction manual is impossible to follow with poor picture quality. It's a beautiful finished product but it's way more tedious work than I ever imagine.

With the great instruction manual, it was easy to install.

Do not buy it! The design is the worst that I have ever experienced especially for the 14 separate LED and light shades! They should be pre connected in series into 1-2 wires instead of 14 separate wires which were impossible to be hidden underneath. And also, the single clear light shades can easily jump into the piano at any time that result in having to disassemble because there’s no groove on the light shade to implant the wire. Please do something before you sell it.
