This little bit packs a punch! While I use it mainly for cleaning up around my cuticle areas and some touching up.. it will take off polish, builder gel. You name it. And it does it all sooo easily. The tip of it is a safety one so no cutting yourself on it! First pans purchase and I really do love this bit!

excellent product, the only brand I will buy, took a photo so all can see the actual size, it is small enough to get under your nails and to clean around your cuticle, I bought the "extra fine" bit, I definitely would buy more.

I use a medium barrel type safety bit to get decoration and top coat off, then move to this fine tapered safety top bit to gently cut away the color coat down to the base coat. Often I stop there, rough up the base with a band or diamond bit, and put a new base over that. This bit could remove that base coat using very light pressure but if I want that coat totally off I'll likely soak off or use a different bit. But unless that base has lifted there is no real need for that, barring product change. I don't like carbide bits touching the bare natural nail, even a fine one like this. This Pana cuts great for a fine bit though. Be warned that it is not a reversible bit, you definitely feel the aggressive direction but not reversed. Not as fast cutting as a medium bit but gentle, take a couple extra passes on color.
