Unbelievable buy
I am not one to give reviews but this is a must. I inquired about this starter from all my local parts stores. I specifically wanted an AC Delco starter. It was for my 2004 GMC truck with the 6 liter. Everyone said they could order it for $250. to $275. but no one stocked it. When I found this one for $110. new I was very skeptical. Arrived in 2 days by the postal service. It was perfect. I am 77 years old so it took me a while to change it out but all went well. I would liked to have gotten the 2 new nuts for the wiring because the small one broke off but was able to clean it up and make it work. Well worth the 2 day wait. Do not hesitate to buy this for your truck. P S. No core charge. Got to love that.

Great price on an OE replacement starter for my truck. Was a direct replacement on my 2003 GMC Sierra 1500hd with quadrasteer. It's an LQ4 engine. Very slight differences from the i believe original one I pulled out. Starts easily now. Was only getting a click. Confirm its your starter by pulling the relay in the fuse box and using a jumper wire to command the starter to crank (jump 30 to 87 usually). Either way, I'm happy with this. Was better price than i could find anywhere locally for an OEM unit. Didn't want to take chances on an off brand or store brand, they had some mixed reviews for my is vehicle. Would recommend and hope i don't need again

Good quality and works
My previous starter had a main power lug that liked to loosen just enough to occasionally cause failure to start. Only every few months, but always at the most inopportune times. Finally got tired of the inconvenience, replaced with this one, and very happy. I also replaced the main power supply cable from the battery with 1/0 cable. I will note that when installing a LS truck starter, be sure to have some locktite on hand to keep the bolts tight, and use the correct starter bolts with a pilot at the head for proper alignment and to keep the bolt from loosening in use.

Genuine ACDELCO part
Same as what you get at an auto parts store without the auto parts store mark up. Fit my 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD perfectly.
