Staub Replacement Knob
Good value for the money, expected functionality. Ordered the Pisces option, came with 2 additional screws, packaged well, fit my Staub Dutch oven perfectly. The design is well presented, no sharp edges, very smooth. Pretty presentation for display on stovetop! Staub is top cookware IMO, love their cast iron Dutch oven. Thanks to seller, fast shipping.

Fits Le Creuset Dutch Oven, just reuse the original screw
This handle fit my Le Creuset dutch oven perfectly. My Le Creuset came with a plastic knob that isn't good for baking above 390F, and Le Creuset wanted around $30 for a metal knob that is merely knob-shaped. This one, being shaped like a chicken, is a much better value. I did need to reuse the stainless steel screw from my original knob. The Le Creuset screw is an oval head screw and is a good deal shorter than the button head screw that comes with the Staub knob. The threads are identical. You do not need the extra length to use this knob with a Le Creuset because the lid does not have the long pedestal beneath the handle like Staub does. Also, the oval head of the original screw is necessary to properly fit the countersink in the Le Creuset lid.

Tres beau bouton pour cocottes et sauteuses STAUB! Côté esthétique, c’est beau et qualitatif! Mais en plus de cela, le coq permet de saisir beaucoup facilement le couvercle qui pèse son poids et permet aussi de mieux isoler la chaleur lors de cuissons longues! Bref, esthétique et du style en plus d être utile!
