Phone arrived in 9 days when i opened box & took phone out turned phone on the screen was glitching & pushing letters and froze definitely returned it so now waiting on a replacement

The phone itself was excellent quality even the styless had a chip. I left it in my living room and when i turned phone on first thing it told me was that my styles was far from me and to not forget it. I thought that was pretty cool however when it got to the part of configuring w my sd card it said cannot configure and then immediatly my electricity started going in and out like it was drawing electric from my house however i did not have it even plugged in my outlet so i immediatly took my card out and turned phone off and come to find out it made my card no longer good either but im pretty sure it was not unlocked and basically was a antitheft security or even if it was encrypted or something but ive never experienced anything like it and immediatly called amazon which i did not qualify for a refund but they still gave it to me w no ? S asked which leads me to believe i was on to something but as far as the phone itself i could tell was high quality and def in excellent condition. I wouldnt have been able to tell if it was new or not if i was asked so very pleased w how well it was refirbished and very pleased w support from amazon.

My camera broke in about 5 days it broke when i ran my finger over it for a clear image and cracked the lens I still suggest the phone but remember to get screen protecters for the screen and camera Edit: two days after this review my phone fell and cracked through my screen protector it will not save thy phone.

I love this phone! I am SO glad that I finally got my new replacement phone, since my old LG Stylo 6 was not charging correctly do to the fact that it got dropped while it was charging and it dropped right on the charging area and broke my brand be 10' cord snapping the charging piece right off the cord and the phone got cracked in the charging area. I had to rig it a certain way for it to charge and sometimes it wouldn't charge at all.

They sent me a phone that worked great for a couple of days but then the screen started showing a vertical line down the middle of the screen, which got progressively worse and eventually caused the phone to randomly push buttons, opening apps, leaving weird ujnjujkjnhuuij comments all over my social media accounts. I asked the item be replaced and they promptly sent a new one. The new one seemed just fine, until I went to charge it. It wouldn't charge at all, then a few days later I tried it again(after switching back to the original phone with the line) it would charge about 1% an hour. The notification I received said I had until November 18th to return the 2nd crappy phone but they wouldnt send out another replacement until they received a phone. Cool, understandable. Why then did you people charge my card AGAIN? Before the time was up, overdrafting my account and not showing where they had charged me AGAIN on my AMAZON account. Luckily SOFI let me know my account had been overdrawn for a $175 charge, and since I didn't recognize the charge, and because it wasn't showing on my amazon account at all, I reported it as fraudulent. Now my debit card is cancelled, I have to pay for a new one, AND I cant pay my bills until I get it so I'm going to have late fees and canceled check fees to deal with. I AM LIVID I will never buy from this store again and I will never buy electronics on Amazon ever again

I was so glad to find this phone just like my old broken one. I used my old sim card. Works great.

Have had no trouble at all thank you so much . Very easy to transfer from old phone to new.
