KitchenAid Nonstick Swiss Engineered Aluminized Steel Loaf Pan, Dishwasher Safe, 9 x 5 Inch, Silver

I’m new to sourdough baking and didn’t want to invest in an expensive Dutch oven right away, so I tried this affordable loaf pan—and I’m really glad I did. Perfect size for baking a single loaf and is light weight for easy moving in and out of the oven. I’ve used it twice so far, and both loaves came out beautifully. I brushed the sides with olive oil and had zero sticking, even with crispy melted cheese on the sides. It held up great at 450°F, and cleaning was super easy—just soap and water since nothing stuck. If you’re new to baking, I recommend getting two: one for the dough and another to use as a lid to trap steam, similar to a Dutch oven setup. No complaints at all so far. Have not used long enough to determine its rust resistance yet. This has been a great, low-risk way to explore baking, and I’d definitely recommend it to other beginners or hobby bakers!

Fantastic quality. Love this pan. It Bakes beautifully, is very easy to clean and has not one rust mark. It is very sturdy and baked goods are very easy to remove. It's the perfect size for Beer Bread. Although you could put it in the dishwasher, I wash it by hand.

Awesome pan, great value. I was originally planning to purchase a different brand, but the sale price was too good to pass up. I have had mixed results with KitchenAid small kitchen tools, but this is great. Nice wide rim makes it easy to grab out of the oven, even with thick mitts. Very solidly built of thick steel, and the nonstick properties are really great.

My bread turned out great in these pans. Bread slid out of the pan with ease . Easy to clean and store. Nicely sized loaves.

We do a lot of bread making in different loaf types and use different pans. These work well and have nice heft and loaf size along with good quality. They bake well.

Just what I was looking for. Well made, none stick. My banana bread came out perfect. Because delivery was late, I wasn't able to use this for the purpose originally intended.

Ordered for my daughter. She wanted a loaf pan to make lasagna in and this one is very sturdy. It was the perfect size and weight. She loves the blue color. It is a great value for the money. It provides even heat distribution when she used it for her lasagna. She loves the baking ability that it provides her. Highly recommend. We love KitchenAid products.

These worked great. Used them to carve an elaborate cake for my son's birthday. The cake cooked beautifully.

I thought it would be a dainty little pan, but wow! Boy was I wrong. It's hefty and durable. I'm happy to have spent the extra money for it.
