24 Piece Divinity Gift Box (Half with Half Without) Old Fashioned Divinity, Just Like Home Made Divinity.

This Divinity managed to evoke the entirety of everything good that was our family holidays. My Grandmother, Aunties and my Mom whipping up feasts, interspersed with another of their talents, candy making. Nougat, fudge, penuche and divinity. We kids were invited to join in to pull taffy. You must try this divinity! This is the truest form of this candy I have ever tasted, aside from the divinity of my youth. To the folks who go to the trouble of making it the right way, who have created a candy of such consistency of flavor and texture....I thank you for my childhood returned to me.

Literally the best divinity I've ever had! (With the exception of my grandma's) But this honestly might be better... if you have ordered divinity from other places you know it's hard to find candy that tastes fresh and makes you wish you had more.... but I feel like I found a treasure now... do yourself a favor and order two boxes you won't be disappointed...I can't tell you how excited I am to be ordering everyone divinity for Christmas! This is the BEST! The absolute BEST!

Final update: After taking them out of the plastic and leaving them in the box they firmed up on day 2 and were perfrect but by day 3 & 4 they'd become hard as a rock. Literally, not exaggerating. HARD AS A ROCK. I couldn't pull the paper off and I even tried just biting the top off but it was like trying to bite a jaw breaker. $35 wasted. I'm so angry.Update: Originally they were too soft for me but once I opened them and took them out of the plastic wrap (leaving them in the box) they firmed up a bite and were absolutely perfect! They no longer fell apart in my hand which was my only issue. I will definitely reorder!Amazing divinity but I prefer mine a bit firmer. I first ordered the ones in the tin and they were perfect. I could actually peel them out of the wrapper and hold them in my hand. This batch however, is a lot softer, fluffier, and delicate. Almost like semi melted chocolate. Makes me wish I'd reordered/stuck with the ones in the tin. Again, great taste just too soft for me.

My grandmother used to make this every year and for those who love divinity, you probably know how difficult this is to make. But, this is fresh, authentic and even arrived early. Delicious, grandma would be proud.
