I saw a lot of reviews about the dispenser not working I took off the cap and there was a hard on that had frozen in transit from the weather and then it worked fine so check that. Product really does work it tames my frizz a lot and makes my hair very soft I’m extremely happy with this product

Both the balancing shampoo and conditioner are great the 1000ml lasts a few months and you can see the instant results. I use for softness and frizz and works beautifully ! And gives conditioning to my frizzy hair. I’ve been using for over 2 years now !
