These are gorgeous and last a long time after opening.
I really love these in the evenings as part of a salad. Once opened, I put them inside of another bag and put them back in the fridge and they keep well. I like that Morrison's via Amazon, selects packs with 3-4 weeks left. I would recommend and will definitely buy them again.

Lovely creamy filling n just the right amount of heat in peppers themselves. One of our favourite sides

Too oily
I love peppers with cheese, one of my favourite snacks, but the long best before date on them should have told me that they were going to be slathered in a flavourless oil. I ended up only eating a couple before the rest were thrown as I knew I wouldn't eat them. And I hate food waste.
