I had a foot surgery and use these toe spacers as a means to keep my big toe in line. Works great

These cushions are very comfortable. I had a curvature of my big toe inward and small bunion forming. These help keep my toe in proper placement. Most importantly, the pain of bending my toes has decreased immensely. This has allowed me to return to yoga especially downward dog. And long walks. I have been able to stretch my foot without pain to further improve alignment. I have been able to now do calf raises improving foot and ankle strength. Also reusable which is a plus! Love this product.

I initially bought a single Bunion Cushion Protector as recommended by my podiatrist to correct an overlapping toe, expecting it to last. However, I quickly realized that wasn't the case. I then purchased the Bunion Cushion Protector 10-Pack, and these are precisely what I needed. They are comfortable with both boots and sneakers, providing pain relief. I am seeing some improvement in toe separation, which may take time. Someone who is not very active might get by with just one, but those who walk or run a lot will likely need more than that.

The piece that goes around the big toe is too small and hurts after wearing it for a short time. Otherwise a good idea and well made.

They don’t fit your foot the way the picture shows

I literally just got these, so I can say anything on how well they work over time (hence the four stars). But I am hopeful! For reference I am 5'3", 135lbs, and I wear 5.5 Wide or size 6 shoes. I have relatively flat feet and I am constantly sore around my "arches". When I was even younger I would regularly get cramps in my arches as well — painful, I can't move my foot cramps. Although I get these cramps less frequently now as an adult, whenever my husband rubs my feet it feels like they are loaded with terrible knots. Only recently did we discuss their existence just for me to learn he hasn't felt any knots. He suspects that it could be because my large toes tilt inward, and because of this there has been strain on my tendons which could cause the cramps and pain. After a little research, and realizing that my mother is developing hammer toes, I decided to try these out as either a preventative or a first step to correcting the tilt. The silicone is nice, soft, and they don't feel sticky. I was worried that they wouldn't be stretchy enough, that they would cut into my circulation but they don't! I also like that the adjustment is soft/subtle, which I think is perfect as a first correction step. In the picture with my socks on, I am not wearing the adjuster on my left foot however I am on my right foot. The difference is much easier to see you with socks on I think.

These are comfortable, very soft so it goes well into any of the shoes I use . And it has helped me a lot with the pain when I walked, reduced it by 70%
