Great knif, just about perfect
This is my third one of these. They keep “getting gone” I guess from so much use. Great sized blade and handle. Just a real good size.

Love These Knives...
I've ordered these for years, and they're still my favorite. The handle fits my hand and the blades are sharp and sturdy.Lightweight is important for me, as I have small hands. Many attributes (love the colors,too!!!)...

Great slicer
I already had a larger knife in the same series, and I was very pleased with that but I wanted something smaller (I like to do most of my meal prep with something paring knife sized). This paring knife has not disappointed. The non-stick coating on the sides makes a huge difference- it just glides through food. When it's sharp, you can cut an overripe tomato into neat rounds with this knife (most other knives would just squash said tomato as the sides dragged through). I have quite a few knives, but this has become pretty much the only one I use for anything smaller than a head of cabbage or a loaf of bread. What do I use for those? The other, larger knife in the same series. There are only two downsides to this knife: 1) the blade is thin and flexible, so you can't really use it to pry (for example, to remove avocado pits), and 2) it seems to get dull faster than some of my other knives. But, hey, it takes five minutes to sharpen a knife, so I don't really care whether I have to do that every month or every three months...This is a great knife, especially for such a low price!

Sharp but could be a better
This little knife is really nice and sharp. The aesthetics of the product are as important to me as their function and I have to say that this knife got lots of points for looking pretty. It's a nice bright color so I can find it anywhere (believe me I've thrown out the baby with the bathwater so to speak). I don't think I'll ever throw this one out with the trash. With that said, I do think it could have a better design. It's a bit big and not well balanced. I cannot grab it like a regular paring knife. I feel like I will cut myself. It has slipped a few times out of my hand and landed on my arm. I have two cuts already and I've been using it almost everyday since I cut up fruits for juicing and also to pack for lunch, so I wouldn't say it's excessive cutting. I would like to see a more slip resistant handle with a bit more balance and just a tiny bit smaller to be able to curve it nicely along round fruits. The part about being a bit smaller could be the fact that my hands are very tiny. My husband says it works perfectly for him and he has much larger hands than I do. So maybe you should take that from this review that the versatility of the knife may be dependent on your hand size. Overall, though, a great value. Cannot beat the price and it's great quality if we are talking about sharpness and looks. It comes with a little plastic cover so you don't have to worry about sticking your hand in the knife drawer and getting your fingers sliced. I would buy it again even after knowing it's a bit big for my hand.

Amazing knife for the price
If you take care of your knife (hand clean and dry it immediately after each use), it works almost just as well as an expensive knife. I won't lie, a paring knife that costs over $100 WILL (likely) be better. But not by any amount that means anything to someone who isn't cooking professionally. I just cook for my family and this knife is the perfect price and quality for me. I have an expensive santoku knife that I love (a gift), but for less intensive cutting like what you need a paring knife for, this inexpensive knife fits the bill for me. I've actually been buying them for people as gifts, because everyone wants one after they see it/use it at my home. After a year it is still very sharp. My mother-in-law abuses hers and I see myself buying her another one next year to replace her current one (she adores it, but she tosses it in the dishwasher and lets it sit in the sink dirty overnight). I do wish it were just a shade narrower, it took some time for me to get used to the shape.

Pleasantly surprised.
I really didn't know what to expect from a neon green paring knife so I was prepared for an "ehhhh.... it's alright" sort of reaction. The package arrived on time as expected with amazon prime. After taking the knife out of the package and holding it in my hand I thought "ehhh... it's a pretty color! But it feels a little... toyish." That's not to say that it feels cheap. It's just I am used to holding heavier, traditional colored knives. I removed the sheath and instantly felt that "ooohhh...." feeling. In fact I pushed it back in and pulled it back out several times. I washed the knife and took out some fresh fruit. There were many more "ooooohhh's" involved I am thrilled with this knife. It makes a very clean and smooth cut with little effort. I also love the reason for the different colors. (To prevent cross contamination during cooking) I find myself reaching for this knife every time I need to use one. With that being said, I will be ordering more.

Great little knife
I had some difficulty getting used to this knife at first since the one that I used before for similar tasks had a much narrower blade. After a while, however, I have to say that this design is great. It comes very sharp out of the box. With my use, I have to sharpen it about once a month. Paired with a good sharpener, this has not caused much wear on the knife yet.I cannot think of any "cons" to that knife. The only thing that I can think of is that the knife's handle is made of plastic and the knife is very light. If either of these could be a problem for you, look for another one.EDIT: The knife is still going great and it is my go to knife for little tasks. Needs to be sharpened every now and then, but that's not surprising.
