Longer, thicker eyelashes
A few weeks after my wife and I started taking this, she looked at me and said, “wow! Your eyelashes are really long!” They are longer and darker, and my eyebrows are darker and more full as well. Her eyelashes are much longer as well. Not sure this is doing anything else, but I can’t complain.

Folic acid vs. Folate
For MTHFR: this restored my energy. Anyone should consider avoiding "enriched" grains and take this instead for optimal health. I am myself again after a major health crash caused by Folic Acid.

Excellent Supplement
