For what I paid for it, which at the time was nearer 8 quid I was expecting to be blown away. I just thought it was okay. No where near enough garlic in it for me anyway, and I think its too much of a sweet taste. If you love a lot of garlic this sauce isn't the way to go in my opinion.

why has it taken me all of my life to find this stuff? If there is none left to buy, it is because I have bought it all!

Very disappointing, why is this called "Black Garlic Sauce" when it only has 0.2% Black Garlic in it? There is absolutely no discernible black garlic or umami flavour at all. Given the ingredients list, it should be called "water sauce" because water is top of the list. At best, it has a weak salad cream flavour.

I expected a garlicky savoury sauce with a bit of punch, instead this is like a very sweet mayonnaise . Personally I found it unpleasant with my steak .

他の方も書いていますが、肉より魚やエビフライ、フライドポテトなんかに合う気がします。ガーリック風味はそんなに強くなく、野菜のみじん切りが入ったオーロラソースの様な感じです。 茹でたロブスターにつかいましたが、マイルドで美味しかったです。
