A good product for model making. The hand drill works well and a good array of drill bits.

This tool is quite a good quality tool. Bearing in mind it's meant for crafting and for relatively soft materials it does very well. The drill bits that I have used so far have been sharp. The chuck holds the bits squarely and tightly with no slippage. The button that sits in the palm of the hand when in use rotates freely allowing easy turning of the drill. The vice looks a bit basic but it does the job and is very useful. I can't comment on the very smallest drill bits. They do look very fragile and I doubt I will ever need to use them. Overall, it's a good little tool.

I wanted this for drilling small holes in resin to make keyrings and it was perfect for what I needed, worked as needed straight away. I love it comes with so many drill pieces and the added benefit of something to hold larger items. As I was only making small keyrings I didn’t need it but it’s an added bonus for later use. I love the little drill holder pops out the set to pick them up easily, the other extra drill pieces aren’t as easy but it’s zero problem as the smaller sizes are the ones I really wante but great you can switch between different sizes if you wanted too & a great price for it all too.

Drill bits - excellent. Fantastic range of diameters from 3mm down to hair-fine. 5 stars for these - and the kit is worth it if only for the drills. Pin vise - Not bad, with a useful 3-jaw chuck (better than constant changing of collets as with normal pin vises). However, the revolving bit at the other end, - which is supposed to be in your hand as you twist - is a bit stiff and doesn't let you twist very easily. This may go smoother with use, though. Mini drill press vise - useless. Holds nothing securely - too light, too floppy, and poorly made. Chuck that bit away, and keep the rest - it's still good value.
