Kyoku PTD03SV FOBCOOP Ring Notebook, Dot Ruled, B5, Silver

It is a great looking notebook and the paper feels really nice but it is not suitable for fountain pens due to all the bleed through and show through on the back side of the page. The backside of the page is pretty much unusable and I even had a particularly wet pen bleed through onto the next. It should work fine with ballpoints and maybe even some dry fountain pens but at the price point I think there are better notebooks out there to be had.

I've gone through several of these notebooks at work, it is now my go to work notebook for all my meeting notes. Love the B5 size. Typically use Retro 51 with Schmidt P 8126 and handles these roller ball pens well. Works fine with extra fine/fine nib fountain pens but would not recommend medium or larger nibs as there was too much ghosting.

As a web designer, I'm always on the lookout for dot graph notebooks as they are incredibly useful for sketching out wireframes and layout ideas. However, dot graph notebooks are also getting very difficult to find. This one is just what I was looking for.It's wire-bound, so it can lay perfectly flat and fold over on itself without wear. Although I'm not a notebook snob, the paper seems very nice — it's smooth, almost silky to the touch, and writing on it is a pleasure. The dots themselves are nicely spaced out and a fairly low-contrast color. The pages also include an area at the top to write a title, the page number, and the date.Overall, this is the exact notebook I've been looking for.

Hoping for a cheaper alternative to Maruman products, but falls short. Really nice design just not great paper.

Exactly what I wanted

LOVE this note book. The size is perfect for travel, and the plastic hard cover is so durable it keeps the pages in perfect condition ( i HATE folded paper) the paper itself is a pleasure to write on, and there is minimal bleed through. A little expensive in my opinion, but worth it. Only downside was that it took over a month for me to receive the notebook, as i do not have prime. I will be getting a new one as soon as i fill this one up!

Awesome notebook, highly recommended. This is my second one I purchased because I liked the first one so much.
