It Takes time to show any improvement but you must have limited drinks after 1900hrs and unsure you empty your bladder before bed, hopefully then you should sleep through the night like I did.

Prosta Genix reduced the number of times per day that I needed to urinate and also significantly reduced the occurrence of dribbling prior to and following urination.
