This is super easy to make and tastes great. I’m happy to have a healthy option to share with my grandson who also enjoys this broth. Just heat gently, no boiling to get the maximum benefit. I’m making it to take to work this week.

Really delicious miso soup! However, if you follow the packaging instructions, the soup is still pretty watery without much flavor. I used double the amount and that was pretty good. The shelf life is pretty good, I keep mine on a lower shelf in the fridge and its still good. I recommend adding seaweed to your soup while it is boiling to give it a more savory flavor.

I purchased this product along with extra additions of the Wakame Varieties and now enjoy a cup of miso, or a miso glaze on my pork or chicken flavoring in my soups. Stirfries are better for the addition of the miso paste. Awesome flavor, boost, and whatever I use it for I’ve already purchased additional units to be sure, I don’t run out.

Took a while to arrive but I love this miso.good flavor and it actually lasts long time!
