A Caveman Can Do It!
Installed on my wifes 2015 Jeep Wrangler. About 5 to 10 minutes to install it. Simple installation. Really nice product. Very sturdy and the clips held very well. The color is solid and no fading so far. The air flow is still great and there is no restrictions. Make sure they are facing upright before installing. Would recommend to anyone with a jeep if they want to keep the airflow, but help with rocks and bugs.

Purchased to protect the radiator but looks great.
Easy to install, snaps right in place. Purchased more to protect the radiator from bouncing rocks or giant bugs than for looks, but the product looks better than I thought.

Great product. Easy clip on install. Very secure.
This product is as advertised. I was a bit intimidated by what others had written in their reviews. Complications and so on. Disregard them. You literally snap it into place. I did wipe down my grill prior to snapping in place, even though it would make no difference. Not sure if they have changed their product from prior reviews I read, but there is no adhesive. These are simply snapped in place. You do need to take note that there is a particular way to put them in. The top and bottom of the inserts are different, as is your grill. It is obvious. The bottom portion has a longer groove then the top. Otherwise you can snap them in at any location because they are all the same. I started on the far left and far right and worked to the center (I left one off so people could see what the difference looks like as seen in my photo). My 2015 jeep wrangler has some components on the far right and far left (between the radiator and your stock grill) so you want to put those grill inserts in first because you will need to use your hand to get in behind it a bit and guide the clips in better. Otherwise, a four-year-old could snap these in place. I am happy with the final outcome. Yes, it is plastic, but quality plastic. Kind of like your stock fenders or even the black plastic on my hard rock hood scoop. It all goes together as you can see in the photo. May not be for everybody, but I like the look and the quality. They are very secure and I am not worried about them falling out at all. I would happily blast them with a high-powered hose or drive 100 MPH on the freeway without worrying about them coming off. Great price for the look.

Has its pros and cons but looks great
Love the way they help protect my radiator from debris and the way they appear on my Jeep. Installation took minutes without taking the front of my Jeep apart once you realize that the wide part of the insert goes on the bottom they do click right in (does not come with directions)HUGE Downside is my spare insert came in white when the rest were black and when installing... the little clips that lock them in place leave scuffs that you will definitely notice when you remove them. I've had them on for a couple of weeks with no issues.

For better or worse these will alter the look of your Jeep!
I read reviews of everything I buy from Amazon. I like to hear the positive but my main focus are the negative reviews. After reading them all I could still find no reason not to buy these. I thought I preferred the wire mesh that mounts to the backside of the grill as these have an impact on the look of the Jeep Wrangler that some may find less than desirable. If mounted on a white grill, for instance, it makes the stock slots look oversized. On mine it turns out that they compliment the look and match the hood guard/deflector very nicely. See photos below.I stuck with the flat black as opposed to the glossy black or simply awful chrome and I am very pleased. Now as to the complaints. One reviewer said they were rough around the edges and fit poorly. My take is that they are well made of a durable injection molded plastic, fit perfectly when oriented correctly (there is a top and bottom) and need no trimming at all. Make sure you order the proper make, model, and especially year. They will not fit certain years but for my 2007 fit was perfect. One guy said he broke a clip during installation. They don't seem brittle at all and must have been mishandled.Another reviewer claimed that they scratched the paint off were the clips contact the grill during installation. Maybe he blacked out his grill like some do and did not prep the surface properly but the stock clear coat paint on mine was not affected in the least as the clip ramps are smooth and only contact the last 1/4 inch before seating which brings up the final complaint/concern...will they stay put?If you follow the instructions and remove the grill to do the install I don't see how these could ever just fall out, not with a wind gust, not in the car wash and here's why. They clip in quite securely but more that once in needed to pinch them in from both sides of the grill to ensure they were seated properly. You think they are snapped in but they are not and if you are lazy and don't want to take 5 minutes to remove and replace the grill then yes they may fall out as you cannot be sure they are seated without visual and tactile confirmation.I really like them and I could find no fault with them at all "and that all I have to say about that".

Snaps in easily, looks great, and protects your radiator
While I was concerned that these felt a little cheap when they arrived, they've served their function wonderfully. They installed very easily, and they look great, adding a nice bit of contrast to the front of my vehicle.I bought these because I noticed how broad the gaps are in the grill that exposes the radiator, and knowing how much the Jeep splatters bugs, I was concerned that it could actually cause problems. A few weeks after installation my concerns were validated when a massive cicada splattered right into the new grill covers. If you like the look, and you want to keep small creatures from gumming up your radiator, this is a fantastic solution. And you really can't beat the price! Easily the best, easiest, and least expensive upgrade I've ever made to a vehicle.
