Great for DIY Battery Chargers with Safety Features Built In
These TP4056 charger modules are awesome little devices! I used them to build my own chargers for 18650 batteries, and they worked perfectly. I also plan to use one for a rechargeable battery mod for a Gameboy Advance in the future. One of the standout features is the automatic recharge and the ability to monitor battery temperature, which ensures the battery doesn't overheat. It also automatically stops charging once the batteries are fully charged, which adds an extra layer of safety and prolongs battery life. With basic soldering skills, these modules are easy to use, making it a great project for beginners to intermediates. If you're into DIY electronics and want to work with 18650 batteries, these modules are an excellent choice for safe and efficient charging!

Charging a 18650
Works great just as described. Just know the boards come as one piece and you have to break apart but it easy. There's videos on how to do it safely. A box cutter is all i used. I have lots of plans for them. Edit. Day 2. It charged the first 18650 battery perfectly. Started battery #2 and 1min in it shorted out and got to hot to touch both red and blue light came on at the same time so i picked it up and burned the crap out of my fingers. The small cap has a 18 ohm short now. So the first pcb only lasted one charge. The battery is still good i will start another one tonight.

Useful for maker projects, fair price for 10, decent charger but slow 1 amp
So, I was confused about what could charge with these charging boards, but I researched and tested these 5 volt 1 amp boards. I like the functionality and ease of charging 3.7v batteries. They're not as quick as I'd like at only 1 amp, but safely charge 3 AA or AAA, or 1-2 3.7 volt batteries. charging method is constant charge, constant voltage (CC/CV). This is not a battery management system (BMS). But it's fit to charge 2 18650 (3.7v) batteries in parallel, so this is great for small charging projects!

No complaints
Work as they should, decent price for the amount, all around better compared to the micro usb versions. Keep in mind that while these are USB-C they are dumb USB-C so PD chargers wont work with them, normal chargers are required.
