The best.
I love thedirability on these. I worked in shop running #2 Phillips threaded screws through steel and my other tips kept breaking throughout the day . These makita are the only ones that didn't break. I usually buy all milwaukee tools but after using these makita I will definitely it'll stick to using these. They're way pricier than you're regular so if you're doing light work any #2 Phillips should be fine but for heavy duty work I recommend these makita tips .

Longest lasting, most durable #2 tips on the marke.
Best tips I’ve came across over the 10+ years as a commercial carpenter. #2 Phillips bits, something that is used the most throughout our days. It’s taken many yearS, different variety of brands, & 100’s of tips to find the best bit that will last the longest, not round over and slip off every other screw you put on your impact, & not snap under high pressure. If your looking for a tip that will last longer then a month depending on your experience with impacts & power tools, while using it 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, I’d recommend the Makita XPS. Blows all the other main brands out of the water. Hope this helps

Great short shaft #2 Phillips bits
I purchased a few boxes of these and have never broke on yet. Lost a few while working but that was it.

Worth the money
Used for drywall and framing screws. I’ve done 2x more with one bit than my entire Harbor Freight drillbit set

Great bits. They last longer than most others

Brittle metal
These bits fractured within hours of use. As a dedicated Makita fan, I purchased these on Amazon and was disappointed. After one job, screwing 1/2 " plywood into douglas fir 2x4s, these bits failed. Nice looking, delivered quickly but explode in my Makita impact driver

The free bit in the case of screws is better
The bits were made far too hard or of terrible quality metal, I snapped 3 bits in one day simply screwing together a rigid x ceiling system which is light gauge metal. Awful.
