Good for spot treating hydrophobic spots in your lawn.
I feel this product does a pretty good job, but it’s very short lasting. I think you would be better off buying a granular soil surfactant if you have hydrophobic or very tight soils. If you have a small area that resists water then this might be the best for you, but if you want your whole lawn to be treated, then I would look for a different product.

It does help penetrate the soil.
It helps for sure. Not sure if it’s the best but I have noticed an improvement.
