NKD Living Whole Psyllium husks (500g)

Excellent product and price. I use this product daily, and it does the job. I also use it as a substitute for flour to bake healthy breads. Highly recommended.

This Psyllium husk is great. I use a few teaspoons of it at a time in a custom chapati blend that I create, in order to add more fiber. It also makes the dough more elastic and able to be rolled more easily by a rolling pin. To be fair, I've not used other brands of PH, so I have nothing to compare it to. But as my first time using it, it works exactly as I'd hoped it would.

Good quality psyllium husks. I use them for baking and sometimes mix a little in water for extra fibre. They don’t have much taste, which is nice, but the texture is a bit grainy if you drink it straight. Works well as long as you drink plenty of water. good value and does what it should.

usually take 10g of this with water as a fibre supplement. Works fine, will often gel up a bit towards the end of the glass but can diluted with more water and swallowed with no issues. Been using this every day for 2 months with no issues, highly recommend for those taking it as a fiber supplement/ stool bulker.

I usually buy from Grape Tree in store but was fed up waiting for the delivery to arrive (10 days and 2 wasted visits to the store!) so looked online. This is a very good product and comes in a decent sized pack of 500g - perfect for making seed breads and for adding to fruit and yoghurt breakfasts. Ordered via Amazon and it was delivered to local locker within 48 hours - result!
